Brown Advisory 2017

“We ask the tough questions to stay a step (or two) ahead.” was the exact quote from the client during the creative brief for Brown Advisory’s 2017 annual report. What better way to convey this message than through footwear! After curating, purchasing, and pairing the correct footwear with the contents of the each chapter, I painted each shoe a solid color and hand-lettered them with the chapter headlines. The lettering was meant to feel raw and organic. No post production was done on the lettering, just paint-to-shoe magic.
